Sadie, founder of SAGE Medical Aesthetics
Sadie is the founder and Clinical Director of SAGE Medical Aesthetics, bringing together a unique combination of legal, medical, and aesthetic expertise. Originally from Hull, she moved to Newcastle to study Law, graduating with a Master's degree before spending several years working within the medical legal field.
Driven by a desire to provide direct patient care, Sadie returned to university to pursue a career in nursing. She graduated with a First Class Degree in Adult Nursing before achieving a Distinction in her Master's degree in Specialist District Nursing and Independent Prescribing.
With a clinical background spanning Accident & Emergency and specialist nursing roles within the NHS, Sadie has developed extensive experience caring for patients with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Today, she continues to work as an NHS Specialist Sister alongside running SAGE Medical Aesthetics.
Her approach to aesthetics centres around natural, subtle, and regenerative treatments that prioritise skin health, confidence, and long term results. Passionate about delivering safe, evidence based care, Sadie believes aesthetic medicine should enhance a person's natural features rather than change them.
Outside of clinic, Sadie enjoys CrossFit, travelling, and spending time with her young family.
Ellie, Skin Specialist
Ellie is the Skin Specialist at SAGE Medical Aesthetics, specialising in advanced skincare treatments, professional skin consultations, and tailored treatment plans designed to improve long term skin health and confidence.
After completing her specialist skin training with PCA Skin, a globally recognised leader in medical grade skincare, Ellie joined the SAGE Medical Aesthetics team to help clients address a wide range of skin concerns through evidence based treatments and personalised skincare solutions.
Alongside her work within the clinic, Ellie has been a primary school teacher for more than eight years. Her passion for education naturally extends into her role as a Skin Specialist, where she enjoys helping clients understand their skin, build effective skincare routines, and make informed decisions about their treatments.
Known for her friendly, approachable nature, Ellie is committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel supported throughout their skin journey. Whether someone is looking to improve their overall skin health, target specific concerns, or explore professional peel programmes and facial treatments, Ellie provides tailored guidance every step of the way.
